It was just three short years ago that I was a totally different person. A shell of who I am today. I was living a life of anxiety, depression, negative self talk and not feeling like ENOUGH. I was not mom enough, wife enough, thin enough, connected enough. The list goes on and on. I literally felt empty on the inside despite having everything I ever thought I wanted out of life.
One day I woke up and decided I needed more. I needed to make a big change. I made some amazing changes to the way I nourish my body and through that I found ways to nourish my mind and my soul as well. I made new like minded friends and realized there was more to life than just drinking wine and gossiping. I wanted better health, deeper connections, to be standing in my power and my purpose and when I didn't have that I felt lost. I knew I needed to learn to become the woman I wanted to be. The strong, confident, healthy woman filled with positive self talk and knowing she was ENOUGH! I won't say the process was easy but I will say it was worth it.
I have learned so much during my self development journey in the last 3 years and it's time I share how I did it and made it stick.
